" I received everything rather quickly. However, both units that I ordered were damaged. The damage was mostly cosmetic, but who would buy new car that had the door smashed in? "

Don't ship boxes with packing material

"I even asked for the box to be shipped with packing material in it to protect the $500 recovery marching I ordered and they still shipped it with out any packing material so it shifted around and beat the crap out of the product I bought! I am very disappointed and will not be using this company again! "

We do not ship damage items and customers should not receive their order in an unsatisfactory condition. However, I feel it is best to clarify the purpose of the 48 hour window to report any damages. Normally before orders are shipped, they are carefully inspected and packaged. It is a highly unusual occurrence to receive items in a condition that is unsatisfactory. This issue will be internally reviewed and steps will be taken to reinforce and improve our procedures.

Cooling down in Texas

"We just purchased an LG ductless, mini split system. As we were trying to decide what we needed to purchase in addition to the system for the installation, I called in to get information. They were very helpful in explaining what each of the items in the accessory list were used for and which ones we needed for our install. I was able to pull all the information together to make an informed decision. We placed our order and it shipped out the next day! We have received our system, but have not installed it yet...that is our weekend project! We are very happy so far with this entire experience and would definitely recommend ACWholesalers to our friends."

My New HVAC System

"When I first began my search for a new HVAC System for my home I fumbled around on the internet wondering where to start. When I finally found your website it was so easy to assemble the correct combination of components using my Title 24 report as a guide.
Old Dominion, the transportation company who shipped and delivered my equipment delivered it in excellent condition. The driver unloaded it and placed it in my garage then waited while I uncreated and inspected it all.

I have to say the entire operation purchasing my new HVAC equipment from AC Wholesalers was handled professionally and expeditiously. I highly recommend AC Wholesalers for your HVAC equipment.

My new inline duct fan with Vivosun speed adjuster is a Beast

"I finally got my fan. Had it shipped to my work since that is where my low A/C flow was occurring. Took a couple of days to order because my shipping address was not my billing address and had to send in copies of ID and credit cards. Once that pain was over, I received my tracking #, but it still took a week to receive my fan. I called several times and the staff could not tell me if my fan had shipped or not. The automated message about they are all busy with increased business is silly and annoying. I called before they were even open once and I still get the same message. I did get my fan finally, and connected it earlier today and loving it. Once of the screw housings on the electrical box broke taking out the screw, but I connected it anyway. It really does put out a nice blast of air compared to the nothing I was getting before out of my A/C duct and it does not make half the noise as the little fan I had put in before. . "

Saved lots of money

"I checked multiple websites from EBAY, CraigsList to Amazon and you guys had the best price for the pump I needed. No one else was even close, plus I got free shipping! I own a water store so I go through pumps a lot more than others do. Next time I need another pump you guys will be the first place I will check.
