"When I ordered it said shipment within 1-2 days. It took 6 days for the order to be delivered. It dawned on me that the company is somehow deceiving the customer. Ordinary people take it that shipment means getting the product at home but apparently it's not so. Shipment is not delivery. So the company should advertise also the estimated time for delivery in addition to shipping.
Also, it said free shipping and when finally the truck arrived after 6 days the driver asked for $68 for unloading the merchandise. Again, apparently, shipping doesn't include unloading. This is a play with semantics which is truly misleading."

I reviewed your order and noticed that your order was placed on 09/11/16, shipped on 09/12/16 and was delivered on 09/16/16. All orders are subject to a 1-2 business day processing time before it is shipped out. Our site actually states ships within 1-4 business days, meaning it will leave our facility within 1 to 4 business days.
There is free shipping for orders over $49, unfortunately we see you did not purchase the lift gate service which helps lower items from the truck to the floor. This would have been a $35 charge but it was not purchased. Lift gate is a hydraulic platform located in the rear of the LTL (Less than a Truck load) Trucks that carry freight bound equipment from truck height to the ground (curbside). All freight bound equipment is delivered curbside, it is not the responsibility of the truck driver to unload your shipment.
Per our site, we strongly recommend you make arrangements prior to delivery to have one or more people, or have the equipment to lower and move the packages from the truck to its final location. If arrangements are not made, additional charges may be incurred which are not reimbursed by HVACStores.
