The accessories for the unit, such as line-sets, tubing, and communication wire are sold separately. Regarding the air handler not providing enough sufficient air, we apologize the fact that you are experiencing issues with your product. I have submitted a warranty form to your email for you/ licensed hvac technician to fill out. Follow the directions I have enlisted in the email, once we receive the completed warranty form, an agent should contact you within 24 to 48 hours. "What a waste of time. Package took 12 days and they sent wrong product.... Called and emailed. No response yet. Don't expect them to resolve quickly.
