"Received several condensing units without protective covers. I have learned that ACWholesalers trains their employees to lie to customers who have complaints. They will agree with you, promise a plausible solution and never call back or follow up. When you call back you never get the same person, probably because of high turn-around, contrary to the phony message that cloys at your senses as you wait on hold. Lately they just drop the call. Needless to say, the help line simply doesn't get answered at all. Considering calling the consumer protection office of the Florida Attorney General. BUYER BEWARE!!!"

"When I placed my order the NewAir wine cooler was in stock and was to ship within 1-2 days. I checked status on my order 18 hours after I placed the order and the website said out of stock and wont ship until June 26 which was 2 weeks after my original order. I went back to the ordering portion of the website and clicked thru to order another one and it said in stock ships within 1-2 days. So I tried calling customer service only to wait on hold for 24 minutes and then it disconnected me. This happened 8-10 times during the day. I finally called NewAir and got of hold of somebody there. They told me ACwholesaler hadn't even placed my order yet and that they had plenty of stock. An hour or so later, the gal from NewAir called me back, saying she was able to get an email from "her contact" at ACWholesaler got my order placed and shipped it the same day... I will NEVER do business with ACWholesalers again."
"Ordered merchandise - paid over $300 on 22 May and still have not received the products as of 28 June. Called the company who informed me that there was a warehouse issue involving the long shore teamsters. Gave me a new date for delivery which was mid June. Called again - now delay is pushed back to late June. It is now 28 June and I still do not have the product ordered which has already been processed/charged on my Amex Card. No compensation offered for the delay.
If I do not receive product next week, I will be calling Amex to reverse the $300++ charge for non-delivery.

"I am very displeased with the customer service this company has to offer. We ordered a HRV that arrived extremely damaged. The unit was dropped off at our residence otherwise I would not have accepted it.
I contacted them immediately via email and said the item was severely damaged and we needed a replacement. They claimed they needed photos which I thought was unnecessary but we sent them. After we sent the photos we were told we would have a response within 24-48 hours. It has been a week and we still have not received a response. We have followed up with emails to no response. I would also like to add that their phone customer service is the worst I have ever dealt with., I own and operate a multi-million dollar electrical contracting company and have dealt with many companies and this by far is the absolute worse phone customer service I have ever experienced . In fact I just was on hold for 24 minutes and the call just hung up. This is the second time I called (back to back) as the first time I thought the call had gotten disconnected once the phone just went blank. That first call I was waiting over 14 minutes. It appears the company can not handle their claimed growth. I recall calling the number when we first ordered the product to check on ship dates and experiencing very long hold times as well. "

They have a real nice website site with all the data resources and details (which you should use) and buy somewhere else.
Still not 100 percent sure what went on with my order which never shipped, they claim that normal shipping is 1-2 days when products are in stock. HA HA HA. All I can tell you is that I ordered 2 units on 6-8-15 all products in stock, on 6-19-15 I had to cancel the order because it never shipped.
I have to admit I did get a few humorous reason why my order didn't ship.
1st. that they where a bit backlogged with the season rush. 2. it was scheduled to ship and they had a glitch in there system that back them up and it would ship in the next day or so.. I gues it was so.
3. it's seating on the loading dock waiting to ship, they did offer to email the dock supervisor to expedite it (really).
3hrs on the phone trying to get through (wonderful phone system) to customer service (who told me the reviews on the Internet where not our problem) great CS.
In conclusion all I can say is that they where happy to cancel my order rather than trying to resolve the shipping issue. So, if you have nothing better to do, order a few central AC units and cancel them a few days or weeks later, they'll never ship anyway.
Or just do yourself a big favor STAY AWAY, FAR AWAY from this company."
"This was my second order with Acwholesalers.com, and you think I would have learned the first time. Back in November I placed an order for a Mini Split system. When I placed the order, it showed everything in stock, but when I checked my order 3 days later it showed everything back ordered. That order took 3 weeks to get. I placed another order on 6/8/2015 that showed everything in stock, and I even called the next day to make sure. Well here it is on 6/19/2015 and it finally shipped today. "
