"I ordered a new Bulb from them for my Mitsu. DLP TV. After installing the bulb I thought the picture was still some what dull or not as good as the old bulb. I first checked the web site. It said to call an 800 number. Listened to that and they told me to call a regular number. They both came to the same recorded message. None of them HAD CUSTOMER SERVICE or TECH SUPPORT. Typed a note to them on line. After a day they sent me a note on if I would like to return it go to this link. Went to that link and again I wanted to ask a question. No real people on the line. Wrote a some what harsh note again as an e-mail. Again they told me if I wanted to return please contact this other service. All I would like is to ask some one a question on if this is the correct bulb they sent me or if there is a problem with the bulb.
Today Monday 1/21/12 I have had contact with Jacob. He called on the phone and wanted to try and help. He is sending a new bulb and a RMA to return the old one. He was helpful and sounded like he was some what upset with the custumer service that I was given. He said I should have the new bulb with in days. Thank You Jacob.

"I ordered a Canon 9000F scanner 2 weeks before Christmas from A Matter of Fax. Since I hadn't received it, or any more information, I went to their site on Friday Dec. 23 and discovered it was back-ordered (with no indication when *or if* it would be back in stock), and I tried to cancel the order. A pop-up said I couldn't cancel the order online, I had to call a non-toll-free number (which doesn't work). The next week I got an email offering to cancel the order because it was back-ordered, just call - and the number offered told me after a series of voice prompts to call *another* number - so I was pretty displeased.
The price another vendor offered was a bit more - not a lot, but still more. I decided to place my order with them at about 2AM on a Thursday. The scanner arrived on Monday, no fuss, no bother, just the goods, on time - no excuses.
I initially gave their Customer Service a "poor" rating because they should have notified me immediately when the scanner wasn't in stock, their Web site can't cancel orders and has an invalid phone number, and the number listed in their email communication can't be used to call customer service directly.
Since then, I was contacted by their Customer Service department to resolve the issues. Jacob assured me they're working to resolve the problems I experienced, and indicated they are in the process of revamping their Web site, which will hopefully fix the difficulties I had there.
Given their efforts to try to find an equitable arrangement, I'm changing my review to a neutral one, and will consider doing business with them in the future."

"Avoid this company. They shipped the wrong item, so I had to go through the hassle and EXPENSE of returning it. The amount they refunded was less than the purchase price, even though it was THEIR error. Don't bother calling and leaving a voice mail message -- it will never be returned. Emails are a one-way conversation. They send out "canned" responses, and never provide specific answers to your questions."
