"I found the product I purchased from you when I was looking on amazon.com, and to my shock, you were much cheaper! I did go to your site and looked for the product after I bought it because this survey asked how I liked your site. I didn't find the innotek fence until I put it in the search window. Even then I didn't find the one I had just purchased. I don't know why, or if that matters to you all or not. Bottom line is, you have by far the best price. And when I decide for sure that I like the fence, by buddy will buy one and I will make sure he buys it from you! So thank you and keep up the good work! (or, keep down on the prices :)"

"This bulb turned out to NOT be a very good value. I liked the price (about 1/2 of what the manufacturer wanted for a replacement bulb) but this bulb just died, without warning after only 835 hours of low-output use. My original bulb (that this one replaced) was still working after 3000 hours. Even though this bulb was half the cost it only lasted about 25% as long meaning it actually costs TWICE as much as the manufacturer bulb. I'm going back to the manufacturer bulb. Costs more up front but is WAY cheaper in the long run when you consider hours of service for the price.

Follow up - Customer Service was EXCELLENT!! I received a call from a rep from A Matter of Fax who was extremely motivated to satisfy me as a customer. While I still can't recommend generic projector bulbs, I HIGHLY recommend this company and would do business with them again.

"I ordered a pair of Sony 3D tv glasses on 4/30. It took 10 days to receive my order and it was the wrong product

Their customer service team is excellent however. They let me try out the wrong product to see how I liked it. I ended up returning it and getting a full refund no hassles. They kept me from a dissatisfied customer and made me a happy one.

"Overall the service that I received was very good. The time it took to verify the credit card was a little longer than I would have believed it to take. The only problem I had was trying to get someone to help me with the message that was on the packing slip. "Please return cores within 30 days to avoid core charges. Please return in their original packing." The customer service rep that I spoke with had no ideal why this statement was on the slip. However she did take the time to find out what we needed to do and returned my call in a timely matter."
