"This company did a bait and switch on me. They then tried to impose numerous requirements on me to get my money back. Below is an e-mail letter I sent to their customer service.
When I pointed out the bait and switch to the one representative I was able to speak to, Joe, his only response was do they work. They don't and they were not what I ordered of paid for.
Hi Lucy:
Thank you for your e-mail below. I have gone to the link. I do not agree with the conditions you have placed on the return. Thus I was unable to compete the process. The conditions are illegal and illusionary.
Your company advertised a particular model of product with a particular model number. I confirmed through a telephone conversation with a representative of your company that the model was the exact same glasses that panasonic makes and shipped with my TV, before I placed the order. The model number you advertised was essentially the same as the panasonic model number, the only difference being a "U" at the end of your model number, which is not on the model number of what I have. That is why I called to make sure they were the same model and glasses.
What you shipped is completely different. The model numbers are completely different. They are obviously a cheep knock off of what you advertise. They do not work. I paid for the model number you advertised and which I confirmed were the same glasses I have.
I would like a full response and explanation for what happened. If I do not get a full and satisfactory response I will take steps to have your company held responsible for illegal and unfair practices.
You charged me for the products I purchased as well as shipping, and then you sent me a cheap non functional knock off. You are responsible for giving me a full refund or the price and shipping. If you want them returned you are responsible for the return shipping cost. This is your company's screw up, and I do not intend to pay for it.
Please forward this to your company's president and CEO. They will be named personally in any resulting action or suit.
Please respond within 24 hours.
I have notified my credit card company of the dispute. You will not be paid for the items or shipping.

I ordered a OME product, and got a reman, requested to send it back and they tell me I get to pay 17.5% restocking fee for them FRAUDING me!!!! I don't mind shipping it back, but a restocking fee for the wrong product, that I gave almost $200.00 for....Don't waste you time with this company!!!!

"On 6/7/11, I ordered an aftermarket set of imaging units for a Xerox Phaser 7300. The price on the web site was $85.85. I phoned their sales line to see if that price was correct and check stock. I was told the price was good. The guy was a bit shocked at how "agressive" the price was.
On 6/14, we were told by Joe that this item was not in stock and was not available. The alternative was, of course, to spend $518 and change for the Xerox parts. I told him that this was a classic bait and switch. The price that I bought it for was mistakenly low and they would not live up to it. Today, I checked back on the site and the price of the aftermarket is the same price as the "regular Xerox" item. I checked with a salesman on this.
So this company made a pricing mistake and failed to live up to its obligations. I will never buy from them again.
June 24, 2011 I was contacted by Jacob to explain what happened with the pricing issue on the item I ordered. I told him that was not the most important issue. The most important issue was customer service. I should have been called and the situation explained to me before receiving an e-mail simply stating that the item was not in stock. If the mistake has been explained to me, I might have been molified. That was a missed opportunity.
However, to their credit, he did reach out to me. He wanted to try and win my business back and has offered an incentive to do so. I do not know if that will inspire me to use them again. But I will include them in my price search. If it appeares to be a factor, I will consider using them again."

"Update - I was initially given a $10 credit on a future order where I would have to call in to have it applied. I thought this was a slap in the face. I got a call from the customer service and he said he could do a $25 credit on a future order; again, I would have to call in to get it and sit for who knows how long on hold waiting for a rep. Something should have been done to my current order. My purchase was a once in a long while type of thing. I will not be using their site again. They asked me to update this site with positive words about their attempt to reconcile, but they beat me to the punch and commented themselves about their efforts. I am done with them.
Terrible customer service. Ordered a replacement bulb for a projector on May 24th. Told it would take ten days to deliver. On day eleven, still nothing. Sent e-mail asking where it was. Monday morning, June 13th, I receive an email with a tracking number saying they shipped it that morning, the 14th business day since I had ordered it. Not even an apology for the delay or anything. Will not be using this website again."

I thought I was ordering panasonic 3 d glasses and the transaction was smooth and they arrived quickly. When I opened them up they were not panasonic and I couldn't get them to work. I called A Matter of Fax and received a return call. When I spoke with the representative and told him they glasses didn't work, he said he would have to talk with his buyer. "
"Some of the info was unclear. I had planned to check pricing and actual items (OEM Generic or Referb) on other web sites. But someone called me about the incomplete order he answered my questions and gave me a better price so I completed the order by phone. If that call not been made, chances are I would of got the supplies from another site. As long as the product is as good as my first purchase I will be happy.
