"They make it very difficult for a user to shop one time for an item. Actually, they put me on a monthly subscription when I opted for a single purchase. Luckily I noticed it and canceled the subscription. I can't believe they would do that and try to take advantage of people who may not have noticed.
Also, the product was horrible. The underwear felt like cardboard. The pantyhose I bought were ripped when I opened the box (no way to prove they were ripped once I opened them and no way to prove that I didn't rip them). I understand that shipping times are longer than expected, but when you tell someone before a holiday, that they will get the product before the holiday, I would do whatever it takes to make sure the product arrived in time. Nope, it showed up late. Also, the packaging is not discreet. So when my husband opened the mailbox, he was the package. Wish I could opt-in for discreet packaging for gifts.
Do yourself a favor and save your money and shop somewhere else. "

However, the **** ripped after the second wear (and sadly not because of some fun activity) and they didn't have bras that fit me (I'm an A cup and they gapped open). "My wife has been a regular "VIP" customer with AdoreMe for several years now and occasionally I will surprise her with some items off her wishlist. A few of my recent orders for her have either contained the incorrect size, incorrect item, and/or a mislabeled size. This is not usually the service we get from AdoreMe and mind you we have probably spent over $1000+ at AdoreMe since she made an account and only in the last 6-8 months has this been an issue. I'm not sure if quality control has gotten slack as the company has grown or we just were unlucky several times over. Thankfully, after talking with customer service the second time (the first representative said we needed to return the incorrect items, which was impossible and wrong) thr issue was resolved at no additional expense to me, but a very significant delay in getting correct and correctly sized items. Due to frequent shipping delays since the start of the pandemic. I really do love the quality of the products AdoreMe makes, very durable, attractive and reasonably priced, but I'm disappointed in their shipping QC for sure."
