Late delivery and packaging was not discrete

"First time purchasing with adore me. I ordered a few items for a trip and paid an extra 14.95 usd for express shipping. Not only did I not get my package in time, the package tracker indicated that it was still processing while I was traveling. The package came in a dark purple bag with a bold adore me logo on it. I was hoping it was a bit more discrete as I had a little bit of an awkward encounter when we got back home from our trip and was informed that I had received my mail. I was a bit bummed and embarrassed about the situation to say the least. On the plus side everything fit true to size and was of good quality. I’ll have to order a couple weeks in advance for future purchases. "

Packages take 1-2 business days to deliver with the free shipping method not counting the 1 business day processing time in the warehouse. We completely understand how inconvenient this is, we will most certainly investigate with our carrier as this is not the kind of service that we agreed on.

Since you didn’t enjoy the faster shipping you paid for, we have now refunded the $14.95 shipping fee back to your card and you should see it in your charged account within 1-3 business days.

Unimpressed and disappointed

"For offering plus sizes, they don't make bras that don't cut off the side if your chest. The cups are still made for small chested women. Charging $5.99 for restocking fees on top of that is also a bit ridiculous considering the money spent on the items and shipping costs. The voucher process is confusing and there isn't much in terms of variety. I had high hopes that were not met. "

Such a great experience!

"I used the website for my first purchase, it was easy. The filter works well. There is a lot of selection and a variety of styles across all sizes. I used the app for another purchase. Super easy. Love the favorite button. Sometimes I looked at so many I would forget which one I was deciding on...the favorite button helps with that! Great company communication. If they were running behind I was notified, but when the shipping was running slow they also reached out. Exchanges are super easy. I do think they should put your voucher code into your information, I had trouble keeping track of it. The products are well made and good quality. I recommend using Adore Me!"

Terrible customer service!!

"abysmal. Poor customer service. I had a false charge placed on my account. I was told I’d been given a credit. Never happened. Over two weeks now. Exchanges are a penny. Not free. That’s false advertising. Such a shame too. The bras are beautiful and great quality. "

Long shipping time

"I've placed two orders with Adore Me. The first order took over two weeks for me to receive. The second order I needed in a timely manner so I paid for the shipping. Placed order on the 8th and have yet to receive it. I emailed support and was told I would get it on 2/14/2022, it is now the 16th and the tracking is still not updated. All I see is it was in San Diego on the 9th... no further update. Product is nice, but if you're expecting your order to come in a timely manner it won't, even if you pay for shipping."
