"If you order something in a size to small, the exchange process is not the best, especially if you have multiple items. Starting the exchange is easy, but you will get one exchange voucher per item, which means one new order PER item. When going to re-order there is no easy link back to the item, you have to go and search for the item yourself, the items in my orders should really be links so that you can easily re-order items. Lastly, I am pretty sure the exchange vouchers use a different shipping method that standard orders. Orders usually use USPS and arrive in 3 days for me. However exchanges use UPS mail innovations and take over a week to arrive. With how expensive the items are, I expect the same level of shipping for exchanges. "

To quickly have this fixed – you just need to start an Exchange online so you can reorder the set to a different size. Kindly log into your Adore Me account, using a laptop/desktop, and follow these steps:
1. Go to My Orders
2. Select the order that you’d like to Exchange by clicking the Arrow sign found on the right side of the screen, pointing right.
3. Click on the Create Return/Exchange button that's located at the bottom of the next page.
4. Select Exchange then click Continue
5. On the subsequent page, click on the Print Label button and follow the easy steps to Return or Exchange your order.
6. At this time, you can return your set within 30 days from the order's delivery date.
Please return your entire set in its new, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged condition. Returns received dirty, damaged, or incomplete will not be accepted.
