"I had difficulty returning items, and was unable to cancel my subscription online.
I needed to talk to customer service and they are difficult to reach.
I could not believe i was charged a damage fine for returning an item after opening the bag up.
Buyer beware!!!
I also was charged a " parcel forward" fee when i moved! That's ridiculous.
I have to say the customer service i ( didn't) receive... speaks volumes for why i won't be shopping with them again! "

As a one-time courtesy, we already refunded the $19.95 penalty fee on October 26, 2021. Refunds usually take 1-3 business days, tops, to reflect back into your charged account, once processed so if you’re not seeing the refund after this allotted time frame, you’re welcome to contact your card provider for more details.
Moreover, please know that our shipping labels are prepaid so nothing needs to be paid for delivery. If in the event that you'll be asked by the courier to pay for it again, kindly refuse the package and let us know.

The purpose of this fee is to cover the restocking costs of your sets after going through, and passing, the sanitary inspection that's carried out for all sets received back in our warehouse.

"Ive been a customer since 2018-2019 and back then it was great, tons of cute bras, always fit, great quality. And then blam! it happened. It was before covid, out of the blue one bra took 6 months to reach me. And as for the last 2 years there is NEVER any bras in my size. [34d-36d] which was the whole point in my subscription in the first place.
I return an item and can't even replace till 8 months later cause there is never anything in stock, as well as been accused of stealing the underwear [which i never even where to ANY of my sets, **** cheap and uncomfortable] not to mention the quality has gone down but the prices have gone up. Customer service is awful, paid for expedited too, wasnt here fast and then they wanted to argue about the refund for that.
I am canceling my subscription and closing my account.
Its truly been a damn headache and i am 100% done.
Hopefully this has saved someone some trouble."

In the meantime, you can send back the sets using the return label found underneath the shipping label affixed on the Elite box and mark them as Returned in your online return form within the 7 day try-on period so you'll not be charged. We allow up to 30 days - starting after the 7 day try-on ends - for the sets to be returned and to be received back at our warehouse.
Kindly make sure to return the sets in their new, complete, unworn, and unwashed condition so they'll be accepted by our warehouse.
