"I ordered a lot did not get Adams when I tried to contact customer service it was difficult to get a hold of somebody then she was rude to me the amount of effort and work you want me to go through to send the wrong items back and just to get the right ones it's ridiculous I will more than likely not be shopping with you again"

Charged for 4 of 5 returned items

"I returned 5 items. They were received on time. I was charged for 4 with 1 marked as returned and those 4 marked as not returned. I called and was told it was because package was returned late but would refund. 5 days later still no refund. $135 I did not spend. This was my very first box. I'm not impressed.

We're so sorry to hear that you were charged for your returned sets. This isn't the impression that we want you to have towards Adore Me as we always wish to ensure a great customer experience and minimize any discomfort as much as possible.

Based on its return tracking, the box already arrived at our warehouse. That said, the items returned to us will go through a standard quality control system and may have simply not been processed yet.

To make it right for you, we've already refunded the $134.85 penalty fee on December 6, 2021. Refunds usually take 1-3 business days, tops, to reflect back into your charged account, once processed so if you’re not seeing the refund after this allotted time frame, you’re welcome to contact your card provider for more details.

"I was so excited to receive my box of goodies I picked out but unfortunately my box was incorrect. They do not use packing lists - I would have bought all the items in the box but no correspondence was done even if my items chosen were sold out. In the meantime, you can send this back to us using the return label found underneath the shipping label affixed on the Elite box. Please make sure to return the sets in their new, complete, unworn, & unwashed condition so they'll be accepted by our warehouse.

Kindly take note that we allow up to 30 days - starting after the 7 day try-on ends - for the unwanted sets to be returned and to be received back at our warehouse.
