To quickly have this fixed - you just need to start an Exchange using a laptop/desktop by following the easy steps below so you can replace your set with a different size.
1. Go to My Orders
2. Select the order that you’d like to Exchange by clicking the Arrow sign found on the right side of the screen, pointing right.
3. Click on the Create Return/Exchange button that's located at the bottom of the next page.
4. Select Exchange then click Continue
5. On the next page, click on the Print Label button and follow the easy steps to Return or Exchange your order.
6. At this time, you can return your set within 30 days from the order's delivery date.
Kindly return your entire set in its new, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged condition. Returns received dirty, damaged, or incomplete will not be accepted. Please also refrain from returning packages to self-serve drop boxes, as this may result in delays.

"I’m very disappointed to learn (note that it’s too late) that you’re limited to 3 exchange on a purchase. I found this info in the FAQs after my exchange was denied. Had I been warned that this was my last chance, I would have been much more conservative in my last choice.
But now, I’m apparently stuck with lingerie that doesn’t fit properly and certainly doesn’t make me feel confident or ****.

"I bought a holiday set for Christmas and it took awhile to get here (expected) but then when I received it, only the bra came. I emailed asking for the missing **** and I was told to return the bra so they could send out the full set together. "so far I am happy with Adore me. However, I wish they were not so low on stock. Seems that most things I select are already sold out. Very disappointing. I like the quality and selection though. I think they have a wide range of styles to meet the needs of all their customers. Everything that I have kept I'm very happy with.
I do not like they charge a re-stocking fee of 5.95. With other retailers doing this at no charge, it makes me hesitant to order anything other that what comes in my elite box. "
