"Although I liked the concept of updating intimate wear without having to shop, their return policies are ridiculous. You pay if you need an item exchanged, you pay if you don't fold an item correctly, you pay if you don't check out within three days of receiving a box but have practically no control over when you will receive one - meaning that if you're traveling, forget it, you're paying. They don't take your profile selections into consideration. I kept receiving items that I had already returned, and item types I had excluded. They don't send an itemized list with your shipment, so you need to go online to check what was supposed to be in the box and how much things cost. Great concept, poor execution. "
