The delay is caused by the safety measures which we’ve implemented in our warehouse last year, meant to protect our staff and the processed packages, and even though we’ve since adapted to the new rhythm and dynamic, processing delays sometimes appear. To quickly have this fixed - you just need to start an exchange online so you can reorder a new set at your earliest convenience. We understand this may take a little effort so we have issued $10 worth of store credit to your account and it’s available for use whenever you like.
To start your Exchange, you just need to log into your Adore Me account, using a laptop/desktop, and follow these steps:
1. Go to My Orders
2. Select the order that you’d like to Exchange/Return by clicking the Arrow sign found on the right side of the screen, pointing right.
3. Click on the Create Return/Exchange button that's located at the bottom of the next page.
4. Select Exchange then click Continue
5. On the next page, click on the Print Label button and follow the easy steps to Return or Exchange your order.

"Adore me sells cute bras and **** however their marketing is deceitful. When trying to find a push-up bra I noticed it isn’t available in their plus line. (I wear a 38DD top and a 1X **** so I can buy these items separate but not as a set due to their lacking of a “plus size push up” listing) When I inquired about their size inclusivity of their product line I could never get a straight answer if I could ever expect a plus size push up bra set with this company. They were clever to trap me with their marketing; I was floored to find a company that sold plus size bra and **** sets. Guess I’ll keep looking…."

"I love the products they carry, they have amazing designs, super comfortable. They are constantly out of stock on the size I need or I order it while it's in stock but by the time they get to my order it's out of stock. Horrible customer service , horrible shipping experiences every time I've gotten stuff from them. Worst shipping ever, they sent my package from New York to California before it came to Virginia, I still haven't received it. They lost a 200 dollar package, they only use USPS TERRIBLE IDEA!
