"Ordered a table and chairs, June 26th, said in stock, ships within 3-5 business days....got it today July 29. The guys brought it in the house stacked it (did not assemble like it was supposed to) and put the trash in my driveway (huge boxes) I asked them about assembly and trash removal, they said we don't do that......well thanks! Never buying from you again."

"So I bought a table that I couldn't find anywhere else locally and other sites were way too expensive. At first, they told me that the item was out of stock and the customer service rep was really nice and offered me a discount for the inconvenience, which is great (I mean the out of stock happens, plus I know that I'm not the only guy buying this item, so I decided to wait and took the discount) after that, it was pretty much easy flying, they sent me my tracking number and in about 2 weeks I got my stuff! "We purchased a Chintaly marble top dining table set. When we opened all boxes, we discovered that the marble table top was damaged, so we requested a replacement. AFA Store sent us a new one, but this new marble table top has a long zig- zag perpendicular to marble veins cracking looking line almost across the center table. We then had to request another replacement that without an obvious defect!, but they refused, and they also refused to take the damaged one either. What kind store is this? We will never buy anything from them again, never! Not only that, we are now afraid to buy anything online. "

"I purchased a bedroom set that was gray velvet. The pieces I purchased were the bed and the dresser. I later purchased a nightstand from the same exact line and the same color in 8/2018 that matched perfect. To complete my set I purchased another nightstand in 5/2019. When I received it it was not the same gray as the rest of my furniture however it is listed under the same link as my previous purchase. I spoke to someone and sent them photos of the dramatic difference. They offered to send me another one that would match my previous purchased nightstand that DOES match my set as well as send a box for the one that did not. What I received was the exact same color which was incorrect. This set does not in come in two different grays so I believe they are doing something different to the fabric but are not alerting consumers. I am sure I am not the only person who has had this unfortunate experience. I emailed someone on 6/23 expressing my disappointment and requested that they pick up both nightstands that do not match and give me a full refund. Im sorry I do not want mix match furniture. They are full of crap and want me to pay to ship both nightstands back to get a refund. I will pretty much be paying what I paid for the nightstand to ship them back. HORRIBLE SCAMMING COMPANY AND TERRIBLE SERVICE. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM THEM OR REFER ANYONE. Please be aware that the pictures are not always what they seem!"
"I purchased a table, 6 chairs, 2 stools and a buffet from this place. I the table came with a huge scratch on it and a smashed corner. The buffet was put together incorrectly and 3 of the chairs have a horrible wobble to them... Plus the white glove delivery person decided to throw his white glove in the middle of our road.. it has been a horrible experience all along. Issue still hasn't been resolved - hoping I get my money back, but who knows!"
"I received a Parker House sofa from AFA Stores. It came with free white glove delivery . The 2 deliverymen were careful and wore booties in my home. I was nervous about buying such an expense item online but It was a perfect experience. Great job AFA thank you. "
"I placed an order March 27, 2019 . This was my first time ordering furniture online and will certainly be my last. When I placed my order for a sofa, loveseat and chair, the online info was it would ship in 10 -14 days. Well , it turns out that there’s a back order. Well, I feel that I should have been asked if I was okay with waiting or if I’d like to make another selection or something. But, still to this day I have not received my order. And they are telling me that it’s too late for a refund.I strongly disagree because I haven’t received what I ordered and they have my money. I don’t want excuses because they don’t bring me comfort while sitting my **** on the floor. I feel that I’ve been taken for $2,302.00 so I’m not happy about it. No, I would never recommend Afa stores to my family and friends or anyone else."
"Rep did not want to place order, asked for manager and he hung up twice. Overly sensitive rep was not able to get over his personal issues and place an order. He felt offended by directness on his lack of focus. Other rep placed order. Manager called back explained the situation and she said she'd have a conversation with the rep."
"I ordered a large queen size bed from AFA stores online. The price was very good... fully 20% lower than other places I saw the same bed online. When the bed arrived, it was beautiful, but it had a piece broken. None of the wood, just a plastic bracket.
I contacted AFA and Eduardo got back to me within 24 hours. He asked me to send him a photo of the damaged part, and then he reached out to the manufacturer on my behalf and had another part shipped out, which I was able to easily install myself.
The did a great job handling a potentially difficult situation, and I got a bed that I'm very happy with."
