"We got off to a rocky start when there was a delay in my shipment being sent out and they didn't let on at first. This led me to believe there was some fraud going on - they were the cheapest retailer, which is always risky. However, they put me through to the shipping department when I asked for a tracking number for proof (That's when they admitted it hadn't been shipped yet, but was waiting to be picked up.) For my trouble, they upgraded my shipping to 2nd day overnight instead of ground and also threw in a couple of UV filters for free, which I appreciated. Once the package was picked up it arrived in good shape and everything is working fine."
