"Ordered Fuji HS 20exr camera. Advertised online for $369.95 free shipping and no tax. Got a receipt for same. 4 days later I had not received any notice of shipping so I called. Some guy say's it will go out that day or next. Receipt say's 1 to 2 days to ship. The guy tried to up sale me on batteries, charger, and "special" memory card I need ! I say no. Later same day I get another call and am told my total will be approx. $20.00 more than advertised and more than my receipt! Supposedly for not mentioned insurance and handling. I am now waiting to see what the product looks like ... if it gets here. Very shoddy business practice I think. I now feel like I should have canceled the order. I will look elsewhere next time. "

Subsequently found that the price of accessories were high compared to Amazon and called back to cancel accessories. Called 8/23 to determine when order would be shipped and was informed not in stock, so i cancelled order"

"I ordered my camera on line after visiting a store in LA,CA finding the same camera $100.00 less with AjRichard. AjRichard was including add-ons that were less expensive with a warranty that I could extend and doubled the time of the warranty plus free shipping. I spoke with Michael who called me to alert me that I had ordered the wrong card for the camera and offered me better options for the battery charger. I spent more money but I did get a better value for all of the extras during my purchase time.
