"I have to admit, I was a little skeptical of AjRichard. When I saw how low their prices were, and add the fact that I had never heard of them before, I figured it was too good to be true. Still leery, I decided to give them a call to verify for myself that they were legit. I spoke with Michael in sales and he was very helpful. Everything seemed to check out, and I was able to get everything I wanted and more! After I had selected everything I wanted, Michael informed me that I could get additional batteries, a bag, tripod, and an extended warranty with one of their package deals for the same price as what I had added to my cart. Essentially giving me about $400.00 of extra free merchandise! Not only that, but I received my shipment in just 2 days! I would, and will, do business with AjRichard again!"

"I called to request expedited shipping so that my camera would arrive in time for a trip to Hawaii. There was a mixup - they chose 5 day shipping instead of 3 day shipping and the package was scheduled to arrive the day after I left.

When AjRichard found out, they contacted me and agreed to refund the original shipping. They were also very generous and went through a lot of trouble to be able to overnight the camera to Hawaii for free. Finally, they have said that I can contact them after my trip and they will send me the battery and memory card for free.

The camera should arrive in time for my big snorkel trip and I'm super excited to use it!"

"Not a positive. We ordered this camera online on 4 Sept. 2011 and it was acknowledged by email immediately. On 7 September we received a call (we were not at home so we got a voicemail)that said we needed to call in order to verify our billing. We tried to call for 2 days and left messages but no answer, finally on 9 September we were able to reach a representative. There was no billing problem, the only thing the representative wanted to do was to sell us another
battery. Our order was not shipped until we agreed to buy the battery upgrade. I will not do business with AJ Richard website again. We still have not received our merchandise.

PS: AJRichard called to get me to change this review and when I refused they cancelled the delivery of my camera. They also threatened to charge me a 15% restockage fee. "
