"The product I originally ordered was what I wanted. However, beware of the fast talking sales people that call after you have placed your order with one goal in mind and that is you spending more money. It cost me another $100 for the "package deal" . I did not appreciate getting the call or getting fast talked into changing my order. What I received for the added cost did not add to my satisfaction and only guaranteed that I will not deal with this company again.
After posting this review the co called and resolved the matter to my satisfaction.

"Despite finding uneven reviews, I decided to give AjRichard a try, ordering a camera on 4 Sept 2011. Since many of the complaints (and even positive reviews) indicated that one of their tactics was to hard sell overpriced extras, I noted when submitting my order for a camera that I had all the memory I needed and was not interested in a second battery or charger. Their web site indicated that the camera was in stock. On 7 Sept 2011, I received an e-mail indicating “Unfortunately, there is a delay in us receiving your item. We expect to receive this item in approximately 14 business days.” While waiting, I checked their web site a few times, and it continued to show the item in stock. Perhaps the misinformation isn't intentional, but the web site doesn't appear to be trustworthy. Never once did I receive an update without first contacting them. Perhaps the fact that I’d made it clear I wasn’t going to be talked into purchasing additional items with the camera had something to do with the poor service and the item not being available as advertised? On 10 Oct, I asked them to cancel the order unless they could ship it by close of business that day. To their credit, they did send me an e-mail confirmation of the cancellation right away. The website claimed “usually ships in 1-2 business days” on the day I canceled!

Update: I received an e-mail and call from AjRichard after posting my initial review. "The camera that was back ordered for a while is now IN STOCK. We would like to ship it overnight for FREE." I was reluctant, but accepted their offer, including an extra battery at no charge. They seemed to be genuinely motivated to make things right, and came through as promised with this 11th hour effort. They must have some relationship with Amazon, as the camera was shipped from Amazon.

"Michael Stern was my salesman. Very courteous. He shared with me that there is a package of equipment that was advantageous to the individual pricing. I should have asked him to walk me through the price differences, but I didn't (which was my fault). Probably bought more than I needed, but I am ware that the company has very competive pricing. Said there was no shipping charge, but then there was a handling charge equal to shipping. That was not honest."

"I haven't received my products yet but so far the experience has been good. I did get an e-mail from them asking for them to call them about my order. When I called they said "everything looks good" and tried to sell me more items... so I felt a little frustrated with the way they handled that. I'm a little nervous now that I see "Reseller Ratings" because I had assumed I was buying a new camera... so let's hope that's the case! "

"After many weeks of research I couldn't find a better deal as Aj Richard.
The customer service was excellent I spoke with Michael, who did really his best to advise me me. I called him even a second time for an order, because I felt treated so well.
My order arrived after 4 days from NY in CA. I think this a good time.

"AR Richard is just too good to be true which made me nervous when ordering but... Morris was true to his word. I got the best deal I could have hoped for, Morris was super professional, he helped me identify the accessories I was looking for and in the end was able to get me an even bette package price that the individual combined cost of all my components. Even better, my package arrived within 4 days of ordering (even with the Rosh Hashanah holiday in the middle). You got me at "Can I help you". THANKS"

"Wow! I called to speak with customer service. I found the staff very helpful. I was ordering several items separately and the sales person told me of better deals and ways to save money. The salesperson was very knowledgeable and he was able to answer all of my questions without making me feel like I was putting him out. The package I ordered was sent in record time and everything was very carefully packaged. I would definitely use this business again."

"Your sale's person was helpful and professional. I appreciated his guidance in selecting the proper equipment for me.

As I was moving to a new location, there were issues with my credit card billing address and shipping address. I was called back immediately in order to correct the situation and the order is now on its way to me. No delay, excellent service.
