"The site stated 'in stock' 5 - 10 day delivery.When I called after 10 days- it appeared it was not shipped or even processed. Whoever answered the phone said the camera needed a charger and I could buy a charger- and he would also package deal me with a larger battery. He said he would send me a link to review this item and if I reviewed it by giving them a 5 rating, he would expedite the shipping. I felt my camera was being held hostage. I ended ordering the charger and larger battery for another $120+ . After a week of 'ready to ship', I called and asked where the 'expedited shipping was? I was told I would receive UPS tracking. Another few days go by - I was buying this camera for a trip and the camera was not here- I emailed and said to cancel the order. 2 days later, I get tracking info and 2 day delivery. I felt I was tricked into buying the battery/charger...the camera does have a charging system, so telling me I HAD to buy a charger was a lie. Telling me I should giv e them a 5 rating made me feel my order was held hostage. Would I go back to this place??? NO WAY !!!

"Don’t buy anything from them. I bought a camera, and their website promised delivery in max of 14 days. After 14 days they call me up saying that they do not have the camera in stock and “friendly” asked me if I want to cancel the order, or wait until they have one in stock (kind “Do you want to wait for the camera or can I cancel your order? No apologies at all.
How can a company sell a product, promise delivery in 14 days without having the item in stock???
