I sent requests every month, I first met that the camera is not in stock, then stopped responding at all.When I called I was told that they made a mistake in price and I can't sell it. "Very poor service and no response since March 1. I ordered a camera online, then responded to their email message to confirm the order, which I did via phone to a customer service rep. I then called 4 weeks later after hearing nothing and was told the item was out of stock, but I was assured that I could cancel at any time since I needed this item as a birthday gift. Since that time I have tried numerous times to call the customer service phone number at all times of their advertised hours. The calls are never answered. I have also written several emails regarding this issue, with no response.
Beware! I would not order from this company again, and I am totally dissatisfied, but want a full refund ASAP.
Follow up to initial rating on April 23, 2012 -
within 24 hours of posting my dissatisfied rating, I received a phone call from a customer service manager at AJRichies. He indicated that the company wanted to resolve my complaints and had "found" the product that I ordered, and would expedite the shipping so that it would arrive with 3-4 days. I am cautiously hopeful that I will actually receive my order. "
"I was very dissatisfied with Ajrichies.com. I placed my order on 3/28/12 and wasn't told the item was backordered. A few days later, I got an email that they needed additional information to release the order so I called and they tried to sell me additional items which I declined. They never mentioned the item was backordered so I thought it would ship soon. After two weeks I called and they told me the item was backordered and they had no idea when they would be in. I cancelled the order. This company seems unethical and should have notified me the product wasn't available so I could have made other arrangements."

"BUYER BEWARE! I initially placed an order for a Leica X1 camera, priced by AjRichies at $1,995, the lowest price I could find online. A day or two later, a sales representative called to suggest I purchase various accessories for the camera. He sold me a "package" comprised of the camera, a high speed memory card, a camera battery and a high speed battery charger for a total price of $2,395.24. He also said that I qualified for free next-day shipping. The "package" arrived at my house the next day, but it was materially incomplete, i.e., only the camera was in the box. All other items were missing. There was no sign whatsoever of any battery or high speed battery charger. A plastic package for the memory card was in the box, but it was ripped in half with no memory card inside. This struck me as bizarre and reminiscent of several online complaints regarding AjRichies that I read (and regrettably ignored) before placing my order. I therefore immediately sent an email to AjRichies demanding a full refund and instructions for the return of the camera. An AjRichies sales representative provided a return authorization number and I shipped the camera back to AjRichies to an address in Brooklyn on Friday, February 3, 2012 for delivery on Monday, February 6, 2012. On February 6, I received confirmation from the courier that my package had been delivered to AjRichies that morning at 8:40 a.m. and an AjRichies employee signed for it. THREE DAYS LATER, on February 9, 2012, an employee of AjRichies called to tell me that there was no camera in the box I had delivered to AjRichies via courier. I was stunned, to say the least. I know that the camera was in the box when I handed it to FedEx and it is inconceivable that the courier randomly opened the box and removed the camera before the box was delivered to AjRichies. I complained, of course, to AjRichies' management, who said he would look into it. His conclusion: the box arrived without the camera in it. AjRichies proceeded to bill me $2,395.24, an amount that included the battery, battery charger and memory card I never received. Do I feel swindled and ripped off? Yes, I do - -big time. I would have been better off had I ordered the camera from a different vendor and paid "full price.""

"Well, I ordered a Panasonic Lumix TS3 on Monday (at an excellent price, even ordered 3 year extended warranty)and was told today,Wednesday, that they do not have it in stock. Well, i am assuming that it was not in stock when I ordered it. They could not guarantee that they would get it in. Mark also indicated that the price went up however my price is what I would pay IF they got it in. I thought I would go against the grain and order from this company in spite of the abundance of negative feedback. I recognize that so many people complain about virtually everything/ nothing. I take reviews with a grain of salt as often times they are exaggerated and not real fair.
I hope that Ajrichies.com can fulfill my order as I had faith in their company and hope that can make me a satisfied customer. I will keep you posted re: the outcome and I hope it is a good one. As, if it is, Ajrichies.com will have a customer for life!!!

"Got the same runaround as many others. Call to "confirm" or else my order will be cancelled. Tried to sell me some stuff I didn't want. I declined. Then waited a week and a half. Called and it was "backordered" (instead of 1-2 days like the web site said). I just cancelled and will buy from somebody who cares. I suppose they just never fill orders unless you buy overpriced extras, always telling people that it is backordered and hope to have it in a couple weeks. Seems like the stock answer."
