"My first-time user experience was excellent. Attracted to the pricing, I ordered a camera online 1 week before a trip, then called in two days later to change the mailing address to my travel destination. It arrived there without a hitch 6 days after the online order and a day before I arrived!
On that phone call the rep nudged me to purchase a well priced memory card I'd need and offered a more durable battery. He respected my decline due to budget constraints. They got an added sale and I got a good deal and speedy service with a gentle, skillful sell. I would use their service again.

I got an email confirmation of the order the same day. I called three days later to get an update on shipping, they said they needed to confirm my address, which was clear from my purchase order, shipping address and credit card billing address, which all match. The sales rep asked if I need additional, lens, memory cards etc when I said no he said the camera would be on the way and I would receive and email to confirm. The next day I got the email that said it would be 2-3 weeks because they were back ordered. I called and spoke with Adam and he assured me it would be sent the next day expedited at no additional cost for shipping and I would receive a tracking number. I appreciate his willingness to take care of my order quickly and without additional expense over my original order. Thats good business"

Ordered Sony DSLR and received email confirmation of order placed on 1/9/12.
Got an email from Ajrichies to confirm billing info on 1/11/12 (never had to do that with any other online order. I shop online all the time)
Called them and confirmed my billing info on 1/11/12. It turns out that they didn’t really want to confirm billing address but wanted to sell you some overpriced accessories.. I said “no” to everything. The sales rep was disappointed. I asked when would I be receiving my camera and he said they will be processing it soon.
Guess what? Couple hours later same day (1/11/12), I get an email that it will take them 14 -21 business days to ship the camera. And if I want to cancel the order, just reply with to the email with “Cancel”.
I had read the other reviews on this site and decided to wait and see how long do they take to ship my order. So I didn’t cancel.
On 1/16/12, I get a call from them that Sony does not have the camera. I asked if could buy another camera listed on their website, gave the model number, and all of a sudden the last available one got sold. I tried few more options, and all the cameras that I was interested in were either discontinued or sold out. So why the hell do you have these listed on your website as - ships in 2-3 days?
These guys are big scams. People don’t waste your time. Its not worth it. They will not honor the online purchase unless you buy accessories from them.. Stay away.."

"I ordered a Canon Rebel T3I from this company and I am really happy with my purchase. I found it online through a search and the camera was MUCH cheaper than Best Buy. I also ordered an extra battery, some filters, and a telephoto lens. They had a special so I received two sets of filters which is nice so I can have a clear lens cover for the regular lens as well as the telephoto lens. Even with the extra items I still was able to get a much better price than I would have receivd at Best Buy and it saved me quite a bit of money for the exact same item I wanted. Their shipping was also safe, secure, and fast enough for me."
"I was contacted by Adam from AjRichies Customer Support due to some problems I experienced with my recent order. We had purchased a camera and the salesperson had up-sold us some filters that did not work on the unit. Adam wanted to know what the company could do to make it right, and was very disappointed that we had not had a good experience with the store. He offered to give us a full refund or whatever it would take to make us feel better about our purchases. After speaking with him for a while, we resolved the issues and they are sending me a partial credit on my order as a goodwill gesture (and also to take care of the filters that did not work), and asked if I would let people know (on my review) that they did try to take care of us and make sure we were satisfied. "Ajrichies has just gained another loyal customer. My wife and I just purchased a new Panasonic camcorder in preparation for our first child due in February. This is the first camcorder that we have ever purchased. Although, I did the homework on the type of camcorder we wanted I wasn't entirely sure the accessories I would need to make the purchase complete. A service rep from Ajrichies called me first to confirm the order (which is a great security measure) and in a lengthy discussion around my needs, he identified for a few hundred more dollars a complete package of accessories (better memory card, additional batteries, case, tripod, etc). I have never been more happy to be upsold in my life. Extra batteries alone would have cost a few hundred dollars. I highly recommend purchasing from this company. 5-stars from me!"
