"This was the 1st time I've used AjRichard.com and as advertised on Nextag.com they did have the lowest price from a "trusted seller". Their price for the camera I got was $100 less than the retailer I normally order from. They did however want to charge me a $50 shipping insurance fee even though they advertise free shipping on the item. I didn't expect to have to pay the extra fee but after I spoke with Adam the Sales Manager about the issue he was more than accommodating to not only fix it but go above and beyond to make me happy with my order. This was something I can't say that has ever happened with any other online retailer I have ever dealt with in the past.

My first thoughts about this company were not very assuring. But after speaking to Adam I found myself overwhelmed with how much they care about the customers and selling experiences. They have definitely changed my mind and I would happily do business with them again in the future.

When they called me to verify the order, they told me that the listed price on the website didn't include the handling and service fee which was over $200.
