"My experience was great!!!! I needed an LP gas furnace and I looked in the usual places I buy items. The prices with shipping were higher than my budget was expecting. I did a search on the internet for companies that sold furnaces. Alpine Home Air Products came up and I looked into their products. I found great pricing and free shipping. I took a few days to think about whether I should take a chance on a product being shipped 1/2 way across the country. Also, I read their shipping and payment information. I decided to take a chance.
I am very happy with with the furnace and LP conversion kit. I have installed everthing and the furnace is working great. I thought the shipping instructions and information were exceptional. The furnace was packaged very well and was in good condition.

"PTAC unit and accessories arrived in good condition on a tractor trailer truck. Everything was on a pallot which you will need to pay extra for a lift gate if you dont have a dock. They drop offin the road if no dock. You will need heavy duty hand trucks after you remove from pallot. Works great and not to hard to put in wall. I did it by myself."
