Thank you for your recent purchase from Alpine Home Air Products and for your review - we appreciate your feedback. I am sorry to hear that you received the incorrect equipment. I understand you needed a natural gas heater but an LP heater was sent instead. I have reviewed your order and do see that the LP model was ordered. Fortunately, there is an easy solution for this issue. Williams offers a LP to Natural Gas conversion kit (Williams 8952) that will allow the heater to operate with the correct fuel type for your application. I do see that we have sent a quote for the conversion kit and we will be happy to see what options we have to possibly expedite this process and have the kit sent you as soon as possible. I apologize that you encountered rude representatives when you called in.
