"The products we purchased seem very good for the money and the professional HVAC tech we got to finish the final steps of the install was impressed with the quality of the units for the purchase price. The only negative thing I can say is the sales rep who helped me put together the order was very knowledgable about the units but could have done a better job putting the order through. Initially, I had ordered a single outdoor unit with 4 indoor units. The outdoor unit was out of stock and after speaking with the sales tech, I decided to go with two outdoor units as it seemed to be the better fit for our particular building. That part was great, like I said very knowledgeable. Where it turned a little south was he didn't add another pad, linesets, and disconnect to the order (now that there were two outside units instead of one) when he processed it so I had to wait another 5 days to get the missing components to do the install. That being said, the units work great although only time will tell how well they hold up (although I do not see any reason to think we won't be happy with the durability at this time). Would have done a 4 1/2 if there was an option."
