Bad Service by Margaret

" A couple weeks ago I perches the heater from Alpine home air products. The first thing that happened was the delivery people they hired said that they was not going to bring the heater to my area because they were not going to come out between timeframe from 3 to 6 PM. Now mind you they said the timeframe to come up. They didn't call or come. I contacted the manager and spoke to him about the situation. He insured me that if I get in contact with their customer service that they would compensate me where I need to be compensated. Well when I contacted alpine Home air company. The story change. They didn't want to give me the claim reimbursement for the discrimination that had been done to me upon the delivery. Margaret gave me a ultimatum she told me either take the $50 credit or I'll just cancel your order. So since I asked to speak Andrew the owner. Margaret canceled my order. Do not do business with this company. They are manipulative and liars. Spend your money elsewhere. Trust me you'll thank me later.

We did reach out to the shipping company regarding your delivery issues, however the shipping company did not agree to a settlement or reimbursement of shipping fees inccurred. As a token of our appreciation of your business, we did offer a credit of $50 for your frustrations or the option of cancelling your shipment and crediting your account in full. Unfortunately, when you stated that the $50 credit was not amenable to you, we were under the impression that you would prefer to be credited in full and purchase your unit locally to avoid any further delivery issues.

Our sincere apologies that we misunderstood your meaning in response and thank you for sharing for your feedback. Please let us know if we can be of any further assistance.

Very Impressive!

"Within minutes of hitting their website, a chat box popped up asking if I needed assistance, which I did. The tech was very courteous and helpful. The day they were to ship my system (PTAC unit), I received a call to confirm my order before it was put on the truck, at which time, the tech again confirmed I was getting the correct system. The day it arrived, the delivery man was also very courteous and helpful. The entire process for order through delivery went just as described and expected. My new PTAC unit is now installed and running. Thank you Alpine!"

No more running !

"alpine was like a god sent to me, after running between the likes of home depot and lowes just to find a bunch of picked through stuff, never what you need. So I decided to go online there I found alpine, placed my order. Couple of days later my items arrived at my front door. Good pricing, quick delivery. Can't beat it, I am so glad I found them. From now on it's alpine.
