Freezing in Alaska

"Several weeks ago my furnace went out. After trying to get it fixed myself over a 2 week period I decided it best just to order a new one since ours was over 15 years old. Finding a replacement was not easy, and seems only a few dealers had what I needed. The biggest problem I had was the shipping costs were over charged and I was hassled a bit on trying to get it right. Finally, after a few more days it was fixed. Now my furnace is stuck in Oregon due to weather for four days now and counting. All this would have not of been an issue if it had not been for the shipping issue needing to be fixed. Having to wait for the item now is a life or death situation. Luckily we have electric heaters to compensate, but the help received was less than pleasant in some cases, plus having to wait for the shipment is a hassle. But, all in all, I cannot fault anyone and look forward to my shipment finally getting here before we freeze to death."

you guys are so coooooool!

"I love my unit. You guys are the best. It was a self install, went well, converted from split unit to a package. The hardest part was moving unit from garage to back of house. Electrical went smooth. Duct work was a breeze. Unit testing was fine. Coolest summer we've ever had and so far, winter, has been a delight! Thank You Alpine!"

Great value!!

"I called to get a fan for one of my Blue Ridge Units. The tech was very helpful in helping find out what I needed and letting me know when the part came in since when I called it was on backorder. When the part came in, he left me a voicemail to let me know the part was in and that he had emailed me a link to the pre filled shopping cart. To me, that is great service! Since we first ordered our unit over a year ago, I have been very happy with the service and value that I have received from Alpine Air."
