"I order these products almost two week ago. they still have not ship yet."

Thank you for your review, I am sorry for the frustration and delay which you have experienced - we try to keep all product inventories stocked however do occasionally run out of the more in demand items. I see that our product specialist, Vince, had contacted you on May 4th regarding the delay of your order due to some of the Rinnai products being out of stock. It does look like all but one of those items have come into our warehouse and are shipping today via FedEx Ground, the remaining item should ship to you expedited on May 20th after being received at our warehouse.

The article did arrive and I am happy with it,
but the zero communication led me to believe that I was scammed.
I almost called the credit card company and cancelled the order!

"I bought a brand new Coleman furnace; I was disappointed after opening it, to find out that the bottom door panel was damage during freight. I responded with a claim and sent pictures of the damage to Alpine. To find out that, not much care was taken in the disbursement of damage. I was given a credit of ($50) at least 3x less then the door assembly from the manufacture. This wouldn’t pay for the door assembly and shipping to my home. I ask for their price quote on the door assembly, that they said they had in stock. There was no response from management!

I am very sorry for the frustration you experienced and lack of response you received to your inquiry regarding the door panel. It was an internal error, our customer service manager unfortunately never received your email. After doing an inbox search, we did find the email which you sent requesting further action. We have contacted our manufacturer for pricing on the door panel, as it is unfortunately not currently in stock. Should you still need the part, we are happy to send it to you at no cost and can have your order processing today - as we need to source the part it would most likely arrive to you in two weeks.
Again, my sincere apologies and thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. We are addressing the chain of action internally, as well, to help prevent this error from occurring again.
