"When I selected the item for purchase, it showed the item in stock and ready for delivery.
After completing the order I was sent an email saying the item has not even been manufactured.......no estimate of when the item would be available.

First, my apologies that our website did not have the correct stock levels reflected, which has caused a delay in your order. We try to ensure our stock levels are accurate on our website, I am very sorry that they were not and that you have experienced this frustration.

I understand that we sent an initial email informing you of the stocking issue and that your item was on order, but then never followed up with an estimated timeline of receipt for you - my apologies for this lack of communication. I do see that your product has been ordered and is in route to our warehouse, we have an expected receipt date of 3/11/16 to our warehouse. Shipping to Washington takes approximately 3 business days, so we would most likely be able to have this delivered to you by 3/16/16.

Alpine did a great job but then drops the ball

"Sales and tech staff are great, timely, knowledgeable. Ordered furnace and a/c, coils package was separated from order and went missing, was assured by Alpine that they had put a trace on package, when I called the local distributor they knew nothing about the lost package. They found it within a couple days and received in a damaged carton, some of the coils were bent. Alpine advised they said I could return or accept a $50 credit. I accepted the credit. This was 2months ago, and despite repeated request I get no response and no $50. How to ruin what was otherwise a pleasant experience."

From cold to warm!

"I ordered a 4 ton unit gas pack and the price was very good. My old unit was 18 years old and died on me in the dead of winter. I ordered this on Wednesday and received it on Friday and had the heating and air guy scheduled for Saturday. The people at the Alpine office were very good explaining things to me and the freight company was excellent waiting on me to get my trailer hitched to my truck so I could get the unit into my yard. All in all I am a very happy customer and appreciate the time and information that was allotted to me. Thank you Alpine and I will refer you to others that I know needs a unit for a good price. "

What a relief it was!

"I ordered a part I thought I needed. I found out a couple of hours later I did NOT need it. I called back and cancelled the order. Those who helped me were just great! They told me it was not too late to cancel and they immediately canceled my order saving me $20 in postage! It also saved the hassle of having to return it! What a relief that was!! Some times small things seem to count more than you would think. I will certainly use Alpine for any future home air products I need!
