"Paid extra for lift gate delivery and the semi never had one. Had to lift it to the ground. Items were not light that's why I paid extra. They were supposed to carry into the house and I ended up doing it. "

Great customer service, Sherry deserves a raise!

"The product was as ordered and delivered quickly but there was a problem with shipping and damage by the carrier to the nearly $1,700 piece of equipment. I was immediately concerned about how this was going to go. My 5 stars is primarily for Sherry in customer service who dealt with the issue promptly and effectively and got a new unit on its way. Kudos to her and her department, I would recommend buying at Alpine based on the quick delivery but especially because of the customer service Sherry provided."

"I didn't realize at time of order that you are just an order taker. After ordering was told that product ship date would be 2 weeks from then. Still waiting for shipment to occur. The few dollars saved not worth the wait. The bold lettering about free shipping was deceiving until read fine print. .... "
