"I ordered a heating and cooling unit. However, I didn't know that I needed to order a case,or something the unit sits inside. So I need that to get the unit installed. Just would have been nice if someone could have followed up & informed me that I didn't order everything required, for the install.

Thank you for your feedback, I am sorry that you experienced the delay in installation due to needing further items. I can understand your frustration in needing to wait further to get the coil installed now. I see that one of our product consultants did email and call the number associated with your order that day to follow up - I am sorry that he was unable to reach you and confirm whether or not you needed a casing with your coil.
We do try to follow up with all customers which have placed orders via the website to ensure they have all their items needed for installation, unfortunately we have to ship out some without having heard back from customers if it is getting close to our warehouse cutoff for shipment.
My apologies again and thank you for your feedback, I will be sure to share it with our product consultants and address the possibility of holding certain orders a bit longer than standard if we really think they may need further components for set up.

I am sorry to hear that shipping was not as fast as hoped. Shipping from our warehouse in Louisville, KY it does take a bit longer to get out to the northwest and due to shipping items by freight truck we are unfortunately unable to offer expedited shipping. We do offer a guaranteed shipping method thru our freight companies which may be something to look into and small pack items ship very quickly with FedEx Ground from our warehouse, should you need anything in the future.
