"I experienced very good service with Alpine Home Air Products, but was somewhat dissatisfied with the quality of the wall heater that I had purchased. Once installed into the wall, placing the exterior of the cabinet over the wall heater was a bit challenging. The cover and or exterior of the cabinet appeared to be a bit to small for the heater not allowing the holes for the screws that secure the unit together to match up. In addition, the sides flare out due to the small size of the exterior cabinet which is not very attractive. "
