Alpine Home Airis a very professional company

"Service and assistance from the beginning to end was perfect. The only hitch was the carrier company. Their driver did not want to bring his rig into the neighborhood to deliver the furnace. I told him the roads would be tight, but he should be OK. He still wanted me to meet him to pick up the furnace. I did and squeezed it into the back of my Impala. Then took it out and carried it into the house with no help. I had paid for in home delivery. I called Alpine afterwards and they did a small investigation and refunded me the full amount. I was very pleased with the way they handled the situation. This company was very good to deal with."

First, my apologies that our website did not have the correct stock levels reflected, which has caused a delay in your order. We try to ensure our stock levels are accurate on our website, I am very sorry that they were not and that you have experienced this frustration.

I understand that we sent an initial email informing you of the stocking issue and that your item was on order, but then never followed up with an estimated timeline of receipt for you - my apologies for this lack of communication. I do see that your product has been ordered and is in route to our warehouse, we have an expected receipt date of 3/11/16 to our warehouse. Shipping to Washington takes approximately 3 business days, so we would most likely be able to have this delivered to you by 3/16/16.
