"Extremely friendly, knowledgeable staff. Delivery was ok, very fast, but had to meet the driver to pick up my air handler. The carrier (holland) only uses tractor trailers, so only homes that a tractor trailer can get to and turn around can have delivery to the house. I paid for the home lift gate delivery ($25), but had to drive 10 miles to pick up my order. It would have been nice to know this in advance, but worked out ok.
Unit is excellent! Quiet operation, outstanding ease of installation, and works like a charm! Exceeds my expectations for an air handler!"
