Ordered furnace and a/c, coils package was separated from order and went missing, was assured by Alpine that they had put a trace on package, when I called the local distributor they knew nothing about the lost package. They found it within a couple days and received in a damaged carton, some of the coils were bent. Alpine advised they said I could return or accept a $50 credit. I accepted the credit. This was 2months ago, and despite repeated request I get no response and no $50. How to ruin what was otherwise a pleasant experience."

"I ordered a 4 ton unit gas pack and the price was very good. My old unit was 18 years old and died on me in the dead of winter. I ordered this on Wednesday and received it on Friday and had the heating and air guy scheduled for Saturday. The people at the Alpine office were very good explaining things to me and the freight company was excellent waiting on me to get my trailer hitched to my truck so I could get the unit into my yard. And he actually helped me with picking the high altitude model. Everything was great.
