I am very sorry that you have not received an email with tracking information or a call from the carrier regarding the delivery of your order yet. The email sent for every order with tracking and carrier details can sometimes go into the junk/spam folder (this especially happens with gmail filters) - this may be why you have not received the information yet. I am re-sending your tracking information from my direct email, hopefully this one will get to you - if you do not see an email from Alpine Home Air Products within the hour I would recommend checking your spam folder.

Additionally, one of our customer service representatives is following up with the carrier as to the status of your order and will be contacting you with an update. Your order did ship from our warehouse on 12/28; I am sorry that you have not received it yet. Shipping to the west coast does take a bit longer in general and there may have been delays which the carrier experienced due to the holidays and recent extreme weather.

Again, my apologies that you have not received shipping or tracking information for your order as you should have - this is not an issue we want any of our customers to experience.

One great aspect of this unit is that while it operates as natural gas out of the box, it can easily be converted to a propane furnace with the optional conversion kit.

Goodman also offers an excellent warranty, which we are happy to help facilitate processing of for you if needed. It is lifetime coverage on the heat exchanger, with 10 years on parts and unit replacement. Be sure to register your unit with Goodman online if you have not already in order to make full use of the offered warranty. I have included the link below for your reference.
