"Both items I purchased from Alpine Home Air Products arrived damaged. I explained to them that there's no way the freight company could have been responsible for the damage as the packaging method was completely protecting one of the damaged items from any shipper damage. The damage obviously occurred at Alpine Air's shipping facility. I emailed them comprehensive photos of the damage and they didn't want to hear what I had to say...they passed me off to the freight company claim center and now Alpine is no longer responding to my inquiries. It's NOT fair to pass on the responsibility to an innocent company who was just doing their job. I now have a damaged furnace and roof jack that I cannot use without paying for repair. WARNING!! Open and inspect ALL items for damage before signing off!! I thought I was dealing with a reputable company...BUYER BEWARE!!"

I have reviewed your photos sent in and tried contacting you via phone and email in regard to options we have for resolution. We would be happy to replace the damaged Alpine AH4000-7151 roofjack and go over options for the Alpine AHDGAA077 mobile home furnace should you still need the items repaired.

I do understand you filed your concealed damage claim with ABF Freight and they confirmed having settled the claim with you in early December - I am happy to hear that.

"its good, but it was not perfect, there was a slight scratch on the lower part of the furnace when it was delivered, i paid 100.00 dollars cash extra to have a in house deliverery and when the furnace was delivered there was only one man to move the big furnace from the truck into my house ?? and my wife ended up helping a little ??? it didint even take half hour to deliver ? i paid 100.00 dollars who gets paid 100,00 dollars a half a hour ? thats good money who is geting the extra profits it damed sure wasint the delivery man ??? the delivery company should be investigated by OSHA for only having one man deliver a thing like this ??? as far as the alpine product sofar so good, time will tell ??? "

"I placed my order at lunch time. Shortly thereafter, Alpine called to confirm everything I needs, as I had not called and asked for pre-sales support. That is a great service to people that have never installed a furnace before. Once everyone was satisfied the order included everything I needed, the order was confirmed. I was emailed all the documentation almost immediately. The trucking company called the next day and asked when they could deliver it. I opted to pick it up instead. I had my new furnace about 30 hours after I ordered it. I installed it on the weekend and everything went smoothly. The furnace fired right up and the house is nice and cozy."
