I looked on their website and the item was available for $85. I emailed them to try to get them to honor the original price to no avail. I will not be ordering from Amazon any more. The same items can be found at the same or lower price without sales tax in some cases. "

In my experience, they are the most reliable, consistent and FAST online retailer out there; I ordered my item yesterday at 5:20pm and it shipped at 7:14pm and should arrive at my door any minute. And, I paid using AMEX rewards, another Amazon benefit. Prices are usually as good as anyone else's too. Amazon is my first choice in online ordering!

UPDATE: I recently returned an item and to my delight, was promptly notified that the item arrived at Amazon and another notification regarding a refund would be coming soon. The next day, I received a note that the amount of my purchase plus shipping would be refunded. I did have to pay return shipping (only about $6) which was no problem. Again, I have complete confidence in the Amazon.com shopping, buying and returning experience!"

"I have purchase items from amazon from time to time with ok results, the last time I tried to place and order there was an issue withe credit card, I tried to go to my account to see if there was an error with the number but I could not see the number except the last 4. So I could not check or correct it. They kept sending automated emails that there was a problem. I sent four emails to them explaining what was going on. I told them that we needed to have a human intervene so we could fix the problem. I gave them my phone number yet I never got person to respond. The order was finally canceled by them. Now we are through doing business as I can not fix the card issue."
