They provide a reliable tracking number from UPS or USPS, and the packing materials is great.

"I placed an order for a black Samsung NC10 around 12:00AM Monday January 19. By the time I woke up in the morning it had already shipped. I picked two day shipping so I would get it faster than their free super saver, and true to their word I got my NC10 on Wednesday January 21. Everything was well packaged and in great working condition, no flaws at all.
Come to find out that the price of the black NC10 dropped about $20 two days after I ordered it, I decided to send them an e-mail to see what they would do. They used to have a "post purchase guarantee" where they would honor price changes within 30 days, but did away with that last year. I wasn't really expecting them to help me out, but to my surprise they got back to me within 15 minutes (always great e-mail response time) saying they'd make an exception because the order was placed so recently. They are now in process of crediting me the difference and went out of their way to do something they usually wouldn't. Very impressed with them for that."
