On a rating scale of of 5(five) i'D GIVE Mobilecellmart a 6(six. I would recommend them to any of my friends and associates as well as my first consideration if I find myself in need of a new cell phone. These are the guys to go to. "Don't ever shop at Amazon if you plan on returning any of the junk they send you. They closed my account and all associated with my address or addresses my account has shipped to(including my parents house) saying that I have excessive returns. Well Amazon, if you would stop sending defective items then I wouldn't have to return them and by the time they show up at the door and end up junk, its easier to just go to the store and pay a couple more dollars and end up with something that works than wait another 2 weeks to get a working item from Amazon.

One of my biggest returns was because the main item did not work and I returned the accessories for the item, I was told this was OK by the chat support but apparently this is frowned upon and will make you end up with a closed account.

I have not received a refund for the part of an order that did not ship and they apparently have canceled my 2 pre-orders as well.

I will do all further shopping elsewhere and point everyone I know in a different direction since you aren't allowed to return anything without be reprimanded for it.

Doing a quick search on the internet shows that they do this to many people without a real cause except "excessive returns" and working out the issue is next to impossible since all communication has to be done through email and the phone/chat support can not assist at all.

Good job Amazon, you lost more than one customer by closing my account for such a asinine reason."

"What can I say. They have one of everything and 236 of the other. I am a prime member so my volume is well rewarded with almost Jo overnight shipping fees. Maybe a couple of bucks. They usually have excellent pricing. I try to buy things locally that are available locally.

I buy a lot. I have had major issues with packaging and even got an empty box recently. But customer service is stellar. They have always taken care of whatever happened without question. "

I have always received my purchases well within the estimated delivery times and almost always get them much sooner than estimated. Yesterday I ordered an AV receiver for $220. Later that day they reduced the price to $199. "Ive ordered from amazon tons of times and i have had a FEW problems with shipping because i have two day shipping or shampoo leaking out or a product being described wrong. HOWEVER amazon customer service has always taken care of the problem if it has shipped late they have taken care of my next order if it was damaged or leaked out the replaced it returned it it which ever i wanted to do. Some of the reviews i've seen i have a very hard time believing, anytime i have ever dealt with amazon they have been able to provide more then accurate service unless i was unable to provide information that would be crucial to get the refund or shipment taken care of such as the order information which is highly unlikely considering they save the information for several months. Either way I love amazon and i tend to remember why every time i try to order something from another site"
