"I am not sure who I dislike more, Amazon or FedEx, but this time I put most of the blame on Amazon for the 10 days it took to receive my order. First they sit on it for two days then they ship it FedEx which takes 8 days and of those 8 days 4 of them are needed to cover the last 104 miles (according to Google maps) to reach me. What a joke. This is not my first Amazon order but it is well apt to result in my last if they continue to not process orders in a timely manner and continue to use FedEx. I have never had much use for FedEx with any vendor. Unlike UPS they generally cannot be bothered to deliver packages themselves but drop them in the mail for the last leg. In most cases, including this one, I cannot really fault the USPS because most of the delay occurs when it is in transit with FedEx.

The return process is amazing, quick and easy (usually beats manufacturer refund processes given how huge Amazon is they really hit the mark).
