They have always kept me informed as to when my product has shippped, and arrival has always been within one day of promised date, even when shipped during the snow storms of last year! I, myself, ordered a book which I thought was a regular novel and was sorely disappointed when I discovered it was a 'graphic novel'. Amazon bent over backwards to assure me that I could return it for a full refund (not a credit, but a full refund of my money!) even though it was my error! In my humble opinion, they are the greatest online store around, and believe me, I've shopped at dozens and haven't received the service, respect, and prompt shipment from any other (not even WWE!). My advice, use Amazon.com when you want to be treated like a valued customer. You won't be sorry!"
