"I have to say I have found Amazon.com one of the BEST online sellers to date. I have been a Prime Member (yearly membership fee well worth the cost) for a number of years now. Now that I think back on it, I can't think of not one bad experience I have had with this company. I'm sure it has its faults but fortunately I must have steered away from them. You learn through experience. The more you order the better you become at finding the best products for the best prices. At this time and date 4/13/2013 I trust Amazon. It maybe right for me but we are all different and my best advice to you would be to do your research and shop with caution."
"I bought a Koblenz washer, for $174.48,on 9/5/12 and notified Amazon that return label was not included with shipment. I was asked to email the Investigation team with the pertinent information to see if policy was followed. I waited, emailed, emailed, emailed, emailed, emailed Amazon through the Amazon website and received "I am so sorry to hear of your issues" so many times that on 4/7/13 I finally noticed the telephone call option. The most helpful CSR at Amazon, Mike scrolled through all the emails I sent to Amazon on the Koblenz washer and said he would call me on Friday April 12, 2013. I received his call with Amazon's answer and thanked him for his assistance. I have to pay fedex $176.28, for returning the washer within 30 days. "
"Refunds and returns with Amazon are about as easy as it gets. No need to call in, and the labels are generated for you to use. Was able to get them to accept return at no cost for a really heavy receiver. Normally, most merchants put up such a big hassle on returns."

Last week, I ordered a Microwave Oven & a Trim to replace an existing one; after placing the order, I found that existing one had a short circuited wire, and it started working after fixing it. After testing the existing oven three or four times, finding it is working properly, I log into my account at Amazon.Com, and use the available action button to cancel the order - they politely cancelled and refunded the money. I appreciate that very much, and they are my best choice for getting a good price & a service in internet shopping."
