"I love Amazon personally when ordering things. The best part was prime, seriously free shipping 2day and $399 one day WTF who wouldn't want that except of course the $75 price to go with it. But that is what Amazon is about FEES, i sold some items on there and the Fees are the killer, they make 50-200% more than I make on the items. Why because they charge 15% fee, plus a FBA fee $2.10 avg per item, plus $39.99 a month fee. SO at the end of the month i could have sold say $1000 in items and they will have made $286 and I made $98, sounds amazing. "
"I just bought a decorative Cat Flag from Amazon.com. I had had this Flag before from other resellers. But I paid over five dollars more each time. This was a really great price for a flag that I really love. This hanging cat flag is orange and white shows a cat hanging from his arms on the pole. It's really cute and fairly big but it wears out after about a year. I recommend reinforcing the hands before you put it up the first time. other than that it's really great. For this price it's super. I love Amazon, they always ship on time and I never have any problem if I have refunds needed or replacement needed. I definitely recommend Amazon is a shipper and as a merchant."

Amazon's customer service is abysmal at best. They only use templates when they respond to you and they cannot thing outside the box!
I had an order which shipped late and chatted with them to ask about it as it was a wedding gift. When I asked the agent, instead of answering my question, he used a template that stated orders ship from different warehouses based on availability. He tried explaining that they could use whatever shipping method they chose to get the order there on time.
THIS WASN'T WHAT I ASKED. What does the warehouse the order is shipping from have to do with it shipping on time?
I emailed them advising them how annoying this was, so they offered my a $10.00 credit. This is a slap in the face considering my order was $300.00. Thank you for your 3.33% credit! At least offer 10% if you are going to offer something! On top of that, the agent forgot to issue the credit and the following agent is telling me to place an order and they will just refund the $10.00. Ugh!"
