"Said they had 2 of the clothes dryer part I was looking for in stock, and would ship the next day. Two days later, I get an email that the part is in back order and no confirmed delivery date. I sent a response back about my frustration around the stated availability versus reality, and response was that their inventory system was inaccurate. An online store should be able to track their inventory."
