"My dishwasher was randomly beeping and activating modes on its own. Pushing any button may or may not activate the selection, or might activate the dishwasher to run instead. I tried the "ask a pro" feature on this site and described the issue I was having. I was very impressed with the response. Instead of the usual "It might be this..." you often get when asking for advice, the responding pro said, "it sounds like the problem is your console. You can verify its the problem by [doing x]. If it causes the dishwasher to start, then the console is the problem. If it does not, then the computer board is the problem". I was very impressed to not just get an answer, but a simple method for verifying myself that the answer was correct. It was, in fact, correct, so I ordered the part they advised. The part arrived within a day or two and the repair was very simple. AppliancePartsPros has been my first and only stop for parts for about 7 years now, and I'm never disappointed with their prices or how quickly parts arrive."

"I've bought DIY repair parts from Appliance Parts Pros a few times going back to 2016 to repair various appliances. They seem to almost always have the part I need at a good price and fast delivery.
They often provide information and videos on how to do the repair and PDF copies of the manuals along with customer feedback.
Their prices are generally cheaper that the manufacturer's same part and sometimes have parts the manufacturer no longer sells. But their prices for generic parts like micro switches, while lower than the appliance manufacturer, are significantly higher than buying from one of the larger electronic parts company websites.
But for the parts that matter that are specific to a specific appliance model, if they've got it, and they usually do, they'll get it to you faster and usually cheaper than the manufacturer's website! If you need it quick, they process orders overnight and usually ship the next business day. Highly recommend!"
