"I bought the pump because the customer rep told me that this will fix the issue. I installed (2 screws and 2 hoses that slide on), however it did not fix the issue and I had to buy a washing machine. I took the unit out and it has no marks or scratches on it since it was in the machine for 30 minutes, but the company did not take the unit back. The company is well organized and efficient but I end up with a part that is useless. I also suspect that the part might have been used before, since it has no shrink wrap or other packaging that would suggest that it was factory packaged. I found a part on the internet that was almost 1/2 price but I decided to buy from the AppliancePartStore because they gave me the service. If I would have bought it on Amazon, I could have returned the unit. I am not sure if this is a good company policy because I would think 2x if I buy another part. "

"The troubleshooting service was very helpful and ordering was easy once I got the part number.
My first call to the parts dept. not so much. I was trying to order part number 22 per the diagram for the agitator which is the cam repair kit. Rep didn't understand what I was asking for. Called troubleshooting got the part number and ordered it myself.
