"Overall good customer service in trying to source and find my part for a Kitchen Aid Motor Board. Only thing is the picture of the board on the website (is matches the one I have and needed but) and what I received was different, but I made it work after figuring where the pin/connectors were. The board they sent had a different number, but it worked fine . I think they should change the picture if the new board is what they have because it is a little confusing."

"Ordered a new Augar Unit for Samsung Ice Maker. Received another Ice Making Unit which was ordered and delivered a week earlier. When contacting customer service they confirmed the error and said it would be shipped regular freight. I asked for them to overnight as it was them who errored in fulfilling my order. They said they would not do so as it was an added cost to them. I have bought a lot of items over the years. Always top notch service. What gives Appliance Parts Pro. You errored. Correct your problem. Will likely consider other vendors going forward. "

"Replaced a leaking autofill valve on my GE Dishwasher with a replacement that was purchased from Uncle Jim. Based on research, the valve purchased from Uncle Jim was an exact match and listed my dishwasher as a match. Ran a few cycles and noticed dishwasher was louder than normal and the dishes were not clean at the completion of the cycle. Ran another cycle but added water after the filling cycle stopped, and again after the wash cycle. This confirmed there was not enough water entering the dishwasher, so I removed the valve and flushed the line and inspected the Uncle Jim valve to confirm it was not filled with debris.
As I had watched a few videos from Appliance Parts, I decided to get a second replacement from them. It arrived two days after placing the order and was installed immediately. Ran a cycle and it worked perfectly. I was able to run the dishwasher with the door open and noticed the Appliance Parts valve was allowing significantly more water into the dishwasher than the knockoff from Uncle Jim. "
