"I ordered a thermal fuse for a Kenmore dryer via Online but the part that came was different then what I needed. I called and spoke with Ken and explained I put in the brand and model of the dryer, clicked on the part and ordered it. Ken explained there was a different part for the 20 year old model that I have. He found the correct part and we confirmed that was it. It was shipped out the next day. "Kenmore refrigerator 20 years old. Fridge door was acting up a few years back. I’m glad I ordered both door hinge cam (upper and lower) replacement parts. Both upper/lower hinge cam parts work together on lower hinge, on ours anyway. I did not understand this until I pulled lower hinge apart. Parts appear to be high quality. Door hinge is working like a champ again. "
