We show that a return was set up on this order and you should have received the RMA authorization return form in a separate email. The return address is listed at the top of the form. Please include your model and serial numbers in the boxes provided on the form. When you ship the part back please include all the original packaging this part came in along with the RMA form in the box. This includes retail boxes, packaging, and all accessories originally included in the shipment. Please don't mark through any manufacturer labels on the box or alter the box in any way. You are responsible for the return shipping but you may purchase that from any shipping carrier you wish to use. We do suggest that you retain your tracking # as proof of the return. We offer a return label you could purchase from us for $13.00. Please contact us at 877-477-7278 and one of our agents will be glad to assist you. Once the part arrives at the warehouse, it will be processed and inspected before a refund will be issued.
